Jeane Seah-Vrielink born in Singapore, is an Eurasian descendant from Chinese English and Portuguese ancestors. Living in Europe since 1980, western culture began to inter-mingle with her oriental background.

After being the subject for Nico's art for many years, Jeane developed her own talents in creating art. She discovered ceramics, stone and metal as a way of expressing herself. Jeane tranforms the raw materials into gracious statues .

She often works with a stone's  own natural form instead of trying to change it totally. She believes that every stone has its own message and tries to "uncover" it, or use its texture as much as she can.
